Configure your Cevvo project behavior, model preferences, and branding.
General
Basic project configuration.
Display name for your project, shown in the dashboard and widget.
Unique identifier used in API calls and widget initialization.
Primary language for AI responses. Cevvo supports multi-language responses automatically.
AI Model
Configure which model powers your AI assistant.
Choose between Auto, GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet 4, or GPT-4o Mini. Auto mode selects the best model per query.
Controls response creativity. Lower values produce more focused answers, higher values are more creative.
Custom instructions that define how the AI should behave, its tone, and any constraints.
Branding
Customize the look and feel of your widget.
Brand color used for the widget header, buttons, and accents.
Upload a custom logo to display in the widget header.
The initial message users see when they open the chat widget.
Security
Restrict widget embedding to specific domains. Leave empty to allow all domains.
Configure per-user rate limits to prevent abuse. Default is 20 messages per minute.
Set how long conversation data is stored. Options: 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or indefinite.
